“Right after the inauguration, I felt a tug in my heart and soul to create a sacred space for changemakers, and I knew that it had to be a community effort. My hope is that the Changemaker (Re)Boot Camp is a tangible love letter to the people giving their hearts and souls to social change efforts in less-than-ideal conditions.”

“Compassion is an act of anti-oppression, whether we practice it with others or ourselves. I've seen too many changemakers burn out - compassion fatigue, late hours, skipped meals, ignored health issues - you name it, all in the name of trying to make the world a better place. However, we know that we are running a marathon, not a sprint. This Re(Boot) Camp isn't a "break from the work" - it IS the work. We have the opportunity to intentionally care for ourselves and others - the direct antidote to violence and harm. I'm so grateful to be a part of such a critical component of sustainable social justice work.”
